What Is the Human Trafficking Risk Template (HTRT)?
The Human Trafficking Risk Template (HTRT) is an open-source industry standard template used within global supply chains to collect human-trafficking related data. The template aids companies in complying with human trafficking and modern day slavery-related regulations through efficient and accurate data collection. The HTRT version 1.1.0 is in Excel format, and consists of 20 questions designed to facilitate the collection of relevant data and supporting documentation, when applicable.

The Development Committee works to support companies in their efforts to eradicate human trafficking and slavery from their supply chains by creating, updating and maintaining the HTRT to ensure it meets the data collection needs of companies and supply chains across industry.
