Dr. Shola Mos-Shogbamimu is an accomplished lawyer and activist challenging companies and societies to do better on gender and racial equality. A frequent presence on news media such as CNN and BBC, she is the founder and editor-in-chief of Women in Leadership Publication and former co-chair of the Africa Committee at the American Bar Association. She helps companies develop strategies to address disparity and inequality in communities, boardrooms, and around the world.

Mike Fraser is a globally-recognized figure in the area of sustainability. A frequent public speaker, he has led Schneider Electric’s sustainability initiatives for over eight years. In 2019, the World Economic Forum awarded Schneider Electric the Circulators Award in part for its work in sustainable development.



Anita Ramasastry
Director, Sustainable International Development Graduate Program
University of Washington
Anita Ramasastry is a Professor of Law at the University of Washington, overseeing the institution’s Sustainable International Development program. She also serves as the Vice-Chair of the UN’s Working Group on Business and Human Rights and Editor in Chief of the Business and Human Rights Journal. She is active on a number of committees focused on responsible development and protecting human rights around the world.


Jaine Morris

As co-founder and COO of Coreo, Jaine Morris advises industry and government on the circular economy so they can reach their operational goals. She has received international attention for her expertise and enthusiasm, addressing the UN General Assembly in 2019. She is a frequent contributor to webinars and conferences related to the circular economy.

Bill Ford has served as Executive Chairman of Ford Motor Company for over twenty years. In that time he has contributed to numerous successful CSR achievements, including the release of the first automotive company sustainability report. During COVID-19, he has played a key role in Ford’s pivot toward manufacturing ventilators, employee-designed face shields, and many other pieces of essential equipment, helping hundreds of hospitals around the world.


Paul Lalli

General Electric Company
A core part in GE’s CSR programs for over 17 years, Paul Lalli has worked to ensure every GE employee has human rights training as part of the standard curriculum, enabling effective risk identification in supplier dealings. He is GE’s CSR ambassador on the Global Business Initiative for Human Rights and works within the company to research innovative projects to help GE meet sustainability targets.



Bruce Klafter

Bruce Klafter passed away in July of 2020. He was a widely respected leader in EHS and a charismatic presence at many conferences. He specialized in EHS management, sustainability reporting, and risk management. He was an important figure in the founding of numerous CSR groups, including the Global Reporting Initiative and Responsible Business Alliance.

He is an adjunct lecturer at the Kaplan Business School and Australian Institute of Business as well as a frequent contributor to news media on a range of topics.

Epson
Henning Ohlsson leads Epson’s Vision 2050 program, which is a set of company-wide environmental goals to be reached by 2050. He also works to ensure Epson’s technologies empower their customers to meet their own sustainability goals. In 2020, Epson was nominated for the German Sustainability Award for excellence in social and ecological responsibility.

Kristen Sullivan leads Deloitte’s Supply Chain Social Compliance programs, addressing the sustainability and ESG needs of clients. She also serves as a member of the Global Reporting Initiative as well as numerous other boards. She previously served on the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) working group.
