Mark Swofford is the head of the North American Production Supply Chain at the Embraer Production facility in Melbourne, Florida, where he is responsible for the integration of supply chain activities between Embraer USA and Embraer Brazil, as well as management of specific supply chain integration objectives for Embraer’s Melbourne, Titusville and Jacksonville locations. Mark is also the conflict minerals subject matter expert for the Embraer Company, and currently serves as 2018 Chairman of the Aerospace Industries Association Supplier Management Council Conflict Minerals Working Group.
